Yeah.  I appreciate some descriptive in an emote and dialogue, but... yeah... too much of a good thing, especially when it's just quantity being used to make up for lack of quality... eh...

I think my biggest peeve though is waiting.  Waiting waiting waiting for someone to reply to something said.  Are they busy IMing someone else?  If so, then have the courtesy to go off and put on your Busy tag, ferchrissakes.

Not for the first time do I wish there was an un-overridable animation applied to an av everytime they were IMing.  Something like a cell phone in hand applied to the ear.
